It is rare to
find bromance in a pack of four male stray dogs. This could also be because
they are well fed and looked after everyday by us and all of them are
sterilized and vaccinated against rabies. This is our Kamalanjali gang; (from
left) Dedh Kaan, Kalpu, Droopy and Dheeraj, the fatso, sitting at the front.
They specialize in failed porcupine catching attempts, get hurt each time and
then they heal on the streets itself with on the spot treatment. The laziest
among them is Dheeraj, who expects his bowl to be kept next to him when he sits
down. He knows he will be pampered.
To celebrate every stray dog for who they are, join Dr. Roy on the daily rounds.
