The Yash Domestic Research Foundation's van was
caught once again today with untagged stray dogs at the Bird Circle, Baroda by
Mrs. Hansa Roy. There were no records. On the spot tagging is mandatory for
correct drop off at the precise location where the stray dog was picked up from
for spay/neuter and vaccination against rabies. A complaint has been lodged
today against YDRF by Mrs. Roy with the Chief Minister's Office with the hope
for justice.
