It is with a very heavy heart we announce that we lost our
beloved Kangana in a violent road hit.
In November end, Mrs. Roy had rescued her from the
brink of death and rushed her to the vet when she had given birth to a dead pup
and was continuing to push. Her life was saved, two dead pups were removed from
her uterus. She was sterilised to live for herself thereon. We dreamt of a
forever happy life for her. She was Mrs. Roy's deep emotional investment.
When Kangana was dropped back post recovery, she
turned into a confident dog. She was looked after everyday and on 22nd January 2025 morning
her body was picked up by Mrs. Roy from garbage, who then took her for
cremation. A local woman informed that Kangana met with an accident at two in
the afternoon and suffered for an hour before dying. The pain is too unbearable
to share anything else at this point.
We promise to fight harder for others like her.
