A concerned lady from the lower socio economic strata reached out this morning asking for help for a stray dog living in her premises. The dog had apparently lost appetite and weight. The dog was rushed to the vet, she underwent a battery of tests and sos treatment was administered. Upon further diagnosis, it turns out that now named Leena has a massive tumour in her abdomen.
